No, we offer flat rates only. We want our clients to “get the most bang for their buck” and have fun without hourly restrictions. Castle and boxing bouncers are up to a two-day rental. Other units are one day rentals.

Cash or check. Big Sky Inflatable Jump Company does not take credit cards. This allows us to offer the lowest rates possible without passing on credit card processing fees to the customer.

Discounts are available for churches and nonprofits. When ordering your inflatable, please mention if you are a nonprofit or church to receive a discount.

We provide our inflatable rentals to the city of Billings and surrounding towns such as Laurel and Lockwood. For locations outside of Billings, please inquire with owner if Big Sky Inflatable Jump Company delivers to your area.
Reservations and Cancellation

Waterslides, bounce houses, jousting, obstacles, boxing, big wheel trikes, derby horses, dragon, dry slides, basketball, etc.

The earlier the better. Big Sky Inflatable Jump Company reservations fill up fast. It’s best to book months/weeks in advance to officially reserve your event.

If you decide to cancel or reschedule, please notify via phone call to owner at least 24 hours ahead of time.
In case of inclement weather (rain, snow, thunderstorms, strong winds, etc), it is important for the customer and owner to talk and discuss options. If the weather conditions are deemed unsafe to set up an inflatable event, the owner has the right to make the final call and cancel the delivery. The safety of all is of the utmost importance to Big Sky Inflatable Jump Company.
However, the customer is welcome to reschedule on a day with better weather or save their deposit as credit to use for a future event depending on availability. There is no limit to when this expires, though please mention when reordering your inflatable if a cancellation was made previously.
Extras and Rules

Yes, we frequently provide power to areas such as city parks. A generator can be rented for $100 per day. Generators are not necessary at residential parties as we can plug into outlets at the home.

Yes, adult supervision of inflatable rentals is required at ALL times whether it is by a customer or someone from Big Sky Inflatable Jump Company. We can provide attendants for your event for an additional fee of $25 an hour per unit. Each inflatable also has their own specific rules/guidelines which we will provide to you.

You must be able to provide enough length from a water hose to get from your water source to the inflatable. City water is required for waterslide usage. Well and ditch water cannot be used for waterslides as they can damage the inflatables. If a customer uses well or ditch water and spots occur, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be charged.

We are committed to offering high quality and clean inflatables for all to use. If you are a corporate party or hosting an event that includes face paint, please understand that we do not allow people with face paint on the inflatables as the paint used is extremely difficult and labor intensive to remove. There will be a cleaning fee incurred on inflatables with face paint.

Yes, we offer an easy dunk tank barrel with a window to see people being dunked. We are the only company in town to provide such a product!

We can set up on concrete and hardwood floors if it is an indoor setting. However, for setting up outdoors we are required to stake inflatables on grass. This is done for safety purposes.
We also do not set up inflatables on slopes, mud, gravel, dirt fields, or pastures. If you would like to rent an inflatable, but are unsure if you meet our set-up requirements, the owner would be happy to visit the location within Billings city limits. Customers outside of Billings would need to email photos of the potential location to owner.
